Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloadable products once they have been accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Digital Services

For service-based offerings (UGC creation, social media management, virtual assistance, etc.), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

• Before work begins: A full refund may be issued if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced.
• Work in progress: Partial refunds may be considered if a project is cancelled mid-way, based on the work completed to date.
• Completed work: No refunds will be issued once deliverables have been submitted and approved.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in cases where Virtual Edit Agency is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@virtualeditagency.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
